the said party of the second do further agree assist in sowing a reasonable quantity of oats to feed the teams and assist in saveing them and the wheat now to work on the farm free from entree charges and do any other work to be done on the farm and to be faithful and obedient and respectful to the said E G Coleman and family rise early feed teams and horse [[?]] any time, take good care of the teams and tool put in their care and be subject to my reasonable orders the parties of the second part further agrees to assist in ginning and packing the remnant of cotton of the crop of 1865 now in the gin free from charge
