ready for Market and the said Fergeson agrees to give the said Freed, Man & woman one third of one half of the crop now if one or boath of said freed Man should become sick or disable from doing labor the said Fergeson has the right to hire hands to cultivate said crop at their expenses  The Freed Man and woman agrees to board & clothe them selves for said year given under our hands this the 2 day of Jan. 66.
