G. W. Graham this day agrees to hire Elick k& Bill Rillen Chancy to live with find their own provisions and wait on one another if sick, pay their own Dr's bill and. & agree to furnish 2 plow horses one yoke of oxen waggon or cart, Plowes, Hoes, & Axes they are to cut wood and make fires for me as before, cook and wash.  Scour Scald when wanted, sweep the house, make up the beds every morning brink water to the house door when needed.  If wet weather or bad the woman will care & spin at night & will be theirs, they are to split rails if needed to make a good outside fence all round the farm, clean out the fence corners twice a year Clean up as much new ground in side of the fence as they can for corn also clean 2 acres for Turnips next Summer and Sow Wheat for me and Oats if wanted.  I will give them half of every thing they make on the farm. they are to set in on New Years day to work preparing for the crop they are to work from the 1st of January 1866 until the 25th December 1866 said Graham is to furnish feed for the team, without charge he is also to furnish provisions for which they will pay him out of their part of the crop.
