Know all men by these presents,
That we the following named parties have this day the 12th of January 1866 entered into the following contract, & that is J G. Womack has bargained with & hired the servises of a coloured woman named Judy Woolfork & Said Judy has three children with her names & ages as follows Shelby age 7 years Gus age 5 years & Sally age 2 yrs & Said J G Womack agrees & binds himself to board Cloath & lodge comfortably, Said woman Judy & three children for her & their Services for this year of 1866 & for & in consideration of said allowance, said Judy Woolfolk agrees & binds herself to faithfully perform all duties required of hir on Said Womacks Farm, & obey all orders  witness our hands Signed in duplicate
