Transcription Notes:
For some reason, I think someone messed up with the page that comes after Tuesday Jan'y 17th. The top of the second side has the date of Wednesday Feb'y 18th. "D’o" is abbreviation for "Ditto" meaning "same as before". "W’r" is abbreviation for "Weather". "D’o W’r" means "same weather as before". "W’t" is abbreviation for "West". “Obs’d” is abbreviation for “Observed”. "Mod’te" is abbreviation for "Moderate". “C’o” is abbreviation for “Company”. “Vble” is abbreviation for “Variable”.
