to pay $3 for their ticket and let me say this: we would be glad to have those who cannot come to the banquet to come in after the banquet, there will be no charge for the remainder of the program tomorrow night. Tickets for the banquet will be available at the desk in front after the meeting is over this afternoon. 7:30 Civic Room, Biltmore Hotel, a ten piece orchestra and I think the music will be just about as good as is available. We also will have an Indian dance or two provided that we can get drummers here. The program will be varied enough to interest all, both young, old, mixed or full-blood. President Johnson asked me to announce that he would like to have the Executive Council meet with him at the Skirvin Hotel tonight in the lobby. If there is any information that you would like, I will be glad to give it to you if I can. If there is anyone who I have not already - (Here Mr. Morrison interrupted) and stated that if everybody had come as far as he had that everyone should be allowed the opportunity to make a complete and oral statement of his tribes' problems, he representing the Chippewas of Milwaukee, Wisconsin -----
Ben: with further reference to accommodations etc.
Judge Johnson: Next on the program is the appointment of Committees; The Chairman will probably appoint a Rules, Credentials and such other committees as are necessary. With no further business, a motion will be in order to adjourn. I will appoint these Committees this afternoon, they will be notified of their appointment and should be in a position to report tomorrow morning. We have some important matters to discuss at this Convention. Every delegate will have an opportunity to be heard on important matters confronting his respective tribe; we will start in tomorrow morning and spend two or three days in profitable and worthwhile business. 

Dennis Bushyhead suggested that we give thanks to Ben Dwight for his work, untiring efforts, etc.
