Hon. Richard Fielding Harless
Member of Congress
House Office Building
Washington, D.C.
Dear Mr. Harless:

The National Congress of American Indians will hold its Fourth Annual Convention at Santa Fe, New Mexico, from December 4th to the 6th, inclusive.

We are holding this Convention in the heart of the Indian country in order to get first hand information concerning the Indians and their problems. Your interest in Indian affairs, as well as your intimate knowledge of their problems would make your presence at the Convention most desirable and I have the honor to extend to you an invitation to appear on our program on one of the days suitable to your convenience.

Hoping that you can accept this invitation, I am
  Sincerely,
  President, NCAI
