Sir,
Louisa Everett (col) makes complaint at this office, that you have her boy, Green Everett & refuse to give him up to her. She states, that the boy is bound without her consent & that she went into Court when he was bound & protested against it. You will immediately return the boy to the custody of his mother or report to this Office your reasons why the same should not be done
