Sir: Enclosed you will please find Drafts on U.S. Depository drawn in your favor, respectively for the sums of twenty-two and twenty-two 50/100 dollars sums being due you for rent of building for January and March 1867. "I thought that it would be a pleasant remembrance for Harvey, in the future to think" that the money in the vouchers which he signed for the first time in his life was promptly paid. I therefore forward a check on the U.S. Depository at Mobile for $169.00 The General has just informed me that he will let me know to-morrow morning at what day he will go to Greenville, if at all.
