The balance of funds has been forwarded to Washington and the matter reported settled. Had you been more prompt it could have been collected in part.

Mr. Gilbert has since gone to his home Colebrook Conn. and I think Miss E L Burton also but am not certain. I would it be ascertained that she has gone. Shall I send the order for her transportation to Secty A.M.A. or return it to your office.
