Yours of the [[7th?]] inst just rec'd. Sent you vouchers yesterday giving all the information as passed in regard to school matters.  Miss Fields may have them.

[[In need of two?]] [[illegible]] Bureau List of Trustees If said order is issued arrangements will be made to complete above building.

You should notify Mr Clark Supt. of Public Instruction of the directions of the trustees and have matters changed.

Enclosed find deed of property.  Have copy made and return copy to this office. At your earliest convenience
