Dear Sir:
The claims of Susan Talbot as mother of Steven Talbot, late a Private Co. R, 38th U.S.I. has been suspended at the claims division "for proof of the abandonment of the claimant and family by the father of the soldier giving the date cases and all the circumstances. This evidence should also show why the name of the soldier and claimant differ from that of the soldier's father."
Will you please take this evidence and forward to this office at your earliest convenience.
