Cap. Augustus Pope having superintended the erection of the "Swayne School Building" during the months of July August & September; and having performed this service well & in addition to the ordinary duties of his Clerkship, is entitled in my judgment to

I would, therefore, respectfully recommend that he be allowed the sum of $150.00 for said extra services.
