Thinks it too late to send teachers this year, but wishes to know something of the field. Have two teachers at Huntsville, 6 at Okolona Miss & some in Tenn. Thinks they may be able to send a few teachers next October. 
Wishes to know how much the Bureau can assist &c what kind of teachers wanted Gents Ladies, white or colored.
