Mrs. M.F. Wells is already at Athens.  We wish to authorize the school there under the State law so as to claim the public funds.  From the first - the school at Athens has been superior in organization and instruction.  It is very desirable that the children there should be kept under good instruction so as to become teachers.  With proper support from the state this can be done.
