these, (they are all females & white women,) we could get from the Bureau the Govt passes for them to their schools, but not to return.  Could not your state make some provision for this?  Or do you estimate the $50 per month enough to cover board, salary & fare?
The feel very much interested in the movement which you represent, good will certainly come of it, and if we could we would like to help you especially as the weeks are slipping away so fast.
