I am glad to hear that the glass and sash are ready for me; they have not reached me yet. If the weather was only pleasant, a few days more would be a sufficient time to enclose the house. 
I have made inquiry respecting the seating. They can be made here for $3.00 or $3.25 apiece. Among the workmen, I inquired of Paris Good, who did similar work for you in Montgomery.
I should judge they better be made here, as by comparing rates, something can be saved, besides the transportation;
