My dear Sir,
Your reply of the 21st came promptly. Since then, "Harvey" has procured the lumber for our seating, and now carpenters are at work cutting and dressing it.
As soon as the work is done and accepted, I will return the "vouchers" to you.
About ⅓ of the shingling is done to our new schoolhouse. Am urging them along to enclose it this week, so that we can stop paying rent on the "dead house". I now intend to move next Monday and let the finishing be done afterwards. A dollar for every school-day is worth saving.
