You may have forgotten me but will doubtless remember your visit to the "Blue House" place
We could not make satisfactory arrangements with Mr Richards in relation to school matters, We offered to share with him the expenses, of building a school house equidistant between our quarters and his, He thought it would be too far for the children to walk.

We have filled up a building near our dwelling, and started a school on our own account

A colored man, whom we employed in the store last year, is the teacher
