It will be our aim to organize this work at Taledega for a strong and permanent effort.
We are hopeful about receipts for next year although the business condition of the country is not such as to make the outlook quite what we would like. We will give Alabama is due proportion of half this year. We understand the condition of this state better than we did one year ago.
I design by the first of Set. to have the Superintendents for Montgomery and Talladega on the ground so as to prepare for the observing of the schools the better part of the month.
