Dear Bro.
The accompanying papers came into my hands from the [[?]] Com. It seems that no final answer has been given to the application contained in the paper. The [[?]] Com. has left over $2,000 of indebtedness for us to pay which comes heavy at this time in our work. We are laboring to get all the field clear for work so as to do as much as possible next year. We desire to get relief on these accounts as far as we can for it, takes our next years funds to settle them. I know you will do all you can in the case.
Most Truly Yours,
E. M. Cravath
Secretary
