  Capt Buckly Sir there is but two schools in this county  at the Springs and hear and we need An agent for this county to build up Schools they is 5 or 6 Places are needing Schools. 
I have a friend in this Place a white gentleman who will take the Agency for this County if you will let him have the Agency. Just sende him the License and orders what you want done and what you will give him his name is M.W. Beck, he wants the Agency until Christmas and if you want Reccommendation he can't get every man in the County to Recommende him. When Mrs May come back they foster Refuse her the Curtch. But then they give it up, and Mr Beck give them a piece of land to Build a School house one he is a friend to the Colerd People. Mr Beck will do the thing Justice to Colerd People all have confidence in him and if you can't fix it up without seeing him he will come up. he is a reliable and Responsible gentleman.
