Dear Sir,
I learn that transportation for our teachers can be secured by forwarding a request to you - Howard endorsed by you.

Please to endorse the enclosed request and forward it to Gen. Howard. We intend to increase our work in Ala. another year if favorable openings present them selves. When will be the best time to tour through your State for the purpose of arranging matters for another year.

Respectfully yours,
R. S. Rust
