I have seen the principle builders of the City and after canvassing the matter of building thoroughly, I am satisfied that building it ourselves with the priveledge of useing Government teams to do the hauling needed at least 25 per cent can be saved for the building.

I would suggest that a brick building be built, it will cost but little if any more than wood.

I am informed by Mr. Silsby that you have plans &c.

Mr. Silsby will communicate at once with the association. In the mean time will you please favor us with your plans of building.

Waiting further orders.
