We hope to have one teacher at Huntsville, in charge of the Normal Class & primary school, taking for granted that you  will still continue to pay the rent of the school house as heretofore.

We have never done anything at Decatur & shall hardly feel like commencing there. We would prefer if we have the means to let Waring organize schools at suitable places within his reach in the region of Florence. It is of the utmost importance to have some reliable body to act as Superintendent wherever practicable. We know of none more likely to do so judiciously than he. I write you on these points
