Oberlin College, Ohio. Have been South something like two years. And a peculiar feature of the purposed Institute will be, should the plan succeed, that the teachers will all be well-qualified and experienced colored men and women.

The Pittsburg men are really interested in this place, and it is literally time that the movement as to a Normal School, originated in that city. As to the success of the Freedmen's School, here I send a copy of the Pittsburg Commercial containing a report of our Supt.
