Dear Sir
I requested you some time since to forward to me blank vouchers for the rent due on my house in Eufaula: to this request I have received no answer. I am told it is not the custom of agents of the Government to postpone the payment of accounts like this and I was surprised last year at the delay in this particular instance. The [[strikethrough]]months of[[/strikethrough]] rent due for the months of Nov. & Dec. is unpaid; or if you prefer to include in the same vouchers the month of January of this year, please inform me & I will fill them up accordingly. I beg your immediate attention to this matter

very respectfully
your obt. servant
