I hardly know which I like the best, but think I have rather a small preference for No. 90, that are herewith inclosed.  I have sometimes built it with the back stairway omitted, but it is more complete with it, and I desire that you should have a model house.  I think this arrangement will better accommodate the basement school rooms in the rear than No. 83.  And, I do understand that you want the dimensions of the rooms increased so as to accommodate more than 64 scholars a room.  Will you have 72 seats easy or without crowding?

How do you want to heat this building, by stoves or furnaces?
