Dear Sir
I wrote you a hurried note on Saturday, informing you that I had at last found a lot admirably suited for a school lot the price of which is, owing to the necessities of its owner, within the limits fixed by the A.M.A.

The lot is on Green Street, between "Little River" and Selma Street and extends from Green Street to Lawrence Street, being 90 x 240 ft = one half acre. The price of the lot is $700 and I write you this morning to obtain if possible, the loan of $200, until I can get a remittance from the A.M.A. to pay for the lot. I have $500 with me and as I expect the deed will be returned from Mobile, where it has been sent to get the signature of one of the parties by the latter part of this week I desire to secure the lot by paying for it at once.

Transcription Notes:
Unable to read one part of where of the street name where the lot is located.
