Dear Sir
I sent you my ap in April I did not have but one blank at the time I left the first of May to Tenn to see a Sister very sick and have just returned and found your letter at hand I do not understand any thing about making out reports thus far is there is anything rong please corect it as am very much in need of the Money I also send the techers report which will shoe that the house was rented of me
