Edwin Beecher, Superintendent of Education BRF & A.L. for the State of Alabama, having made requisition for the regulation allowance of Forage, for one private house, used for the public service, at Montgomery Ala., he will purchase in open market, on the best possible terms the supply so estimated for. He will take up and account for the same, and issue his certified vouchers therefor, which will be forwarded to the Chief Disbursing Officer at these Headquarters for payment. Before delivering the vouchers so issued; Col. Beecher will cause property certified copies of this order to be annexed thereto By order of Bvt. Major Genl. O. O. Howard, Commr.
