cornice to be a good plain box cornice, with suitable moulding, siding to be good seasoned weather boarding. 10 inches wide, one inch thick, matched and planed with battens 1 by 2 1/2 inches well nailed, over each joint, Partitions to be set with 2 by 4 inch studding, placed not more than 14 inches, from center, doors to be placed where shown  Floors to be laid with well seasoned 1 1/4 inch heart pine plank tongued and grooved not more than six inches wide, and well nailed down. Doors to be 7 feet by 3 feet. 4 pannels 1 1/4 inches thick, well hung with Cast butts, furnished with Cottage locks and brown mineral knobs, Each window to be composed of 12 lights, of 12 by 18 inches, Sashes 1 3/8 inches thick and hung with circle weights and pulleys.

Frames to be what are known as "box" frames and neatly cased, on outside and inside. Sashes to be glazed with good glass well set in good putty.

Two chimneys to be made of well burned brick, the flues to be 6 by 9 inches, commencing 2 feet below line of ceiling and carried 2 1/2 feet above ridge of roof, furnished with iron thimbles and ready for stoves, to be substantially supported by joists standing on floor or from roof.

All the rooms to be wainscotted 2 feet 6 inches from floor with good well seasoned pine boards 3/4 inches thick, and neatly capped with proper mouldings, the small entries to be wainscotted 7 feet. Entrance to be provided, with good suitable steps, made of sonnet pine at least 2 inches thick and 14 feet long
