Casas art maps social borders

Ranging from his political protests in the 1960s to his sophisticated art history satire of the 1980s, the 100 paintings in Mel Casas' retrospective at the Mexican Cultural Institute and Arte Moderno Gallery illustrate the evolution of one of the city's most important artists.
