LAW OFFICES SCHNADER, HARRISON, SEGAL & LEWIS 1666 K STREET, N.W. WASHINGTON, D.C. 20006 202-785-8866 PHILADELPHIA OFFICE 1719 PACKARD BUILDING PHILADELPHIA, PENNSYLVANIA 19102 215-988-2000 August 27, 1979 Mr. Naul Ojeda 1911 R Street, N.W. Washington, D.C. 20009 Dear Naul: I am writing to express my great chagrin in having missed you recent one-man exhibit at the Franz Bader Gallery. As I indicated to you and Penny before I left on my vacation, I was out of town on holiday until August 20. As it turned out, when I returned, I was immediately whisked away to Philadelphia on business for several days. Accordingly, I am just now getting my feet back on the ground. I would love to hear that, somehow, your exhibit at the Gallery was extended. I am still kicking myself for having failed to follow through on purchasing "Flooding the Mocondo," and hope that I will have the opportunity to begin to begin acquiring your works in the very near future. Perhaps you'll invite me over for a private showing sometime soon. In that connection, we have a new associate in our office who happens to live right across the street from you, at 1904 R Street. Mary Ellen Coster is a charming young attorney who started with us about a week ago. I told her that you are her neighbors, and she is looking forward to meeting you and Penny. I will try to arrange a visit after the summer season ends. In the meantime, I trust that your exhibit was a huge success, and that you are enjoying a happy summer. With best wishes, Stefan [[signature]] Stefan M. Lopatkiewicz
