Dear Mr. Ojeda:

The PAHO/WHO Staff Association is pleased to inform you that your art exhibit has been scheduled for 14-18 November 1977.

We would like to advise you of the following policy adopted by our Staff Committee concerning these exhibits:

1. The artist should submit to our Exhibit Committee, four weeks in advance, the information that will be printed on the show brochure. If he/she decides not to use the standard brochure printed by PAHO/WHO Staff Association, he/she must submit a sample of its own brochure or invitation.

2. Two weeks before the opening of the show, the  artist must forward a list of his/her work and their corresponding value, along with a check for $10.00 for registration. Checks should be make payable to PAHO/WHO Staff Association.

3. The artist is responsible of that actual hanging of paintings to be displayed in the Rotunda, and ensure that walls are clean after the exhibition.

4. If the artist desires to have an opening ceremony, he/she should cover the total cost of the same.

5. A 3% take on sales should be contributed to the PAHO Staff Benevolent Fund.
