We have just returned from tea with Mrs. Blackburn and we had a very pleasant time. They gave me a darling little kitten which will be a pleasure to us all summer. Mr. Haseltince is coming again tonight for dinner. He says he is going to bring me a present. I expect a book. So you see altogether we keep pretty busy. I do hope all is going well with you and that you begin to feel rested and like enjoying yourself. I enclose another check for $50. I am so glad to know that every one is so nice to you. It was good of Miss Brown to give you a picture. So sorry to hear that Mrs. Montious is ill. Poor Lizzie will be upset again. I will send some
