Lulette dearest,

It is hard to realize that as much time has passed since I last wrote you.  I do not mean to neglect you and I have so enjoyed your nice letters and I want that we should keep in close touch with each other.

I have been having a series of house guests.  Mr. Proctor (who I expected to see when I was with you) and his daughter, Jean, and her husband have just gone and before that Warren McKenny's mother was
