Lulette my dear,

Two of your lovely letters are unanswered and you do write such nice ones. Do you know, I believe you have a flare for writing. You should try it! We never know, until we try, what latent powers we have. I wish I could discover some such in myself to help me do my memoirs on which I am struggling. Well! enough of that.

In looking over my old letters - I found the enclosed. Is that Frank Frosts [[strikethrough]] mother [[/strikethrough]] sons wifes mother? It gets complicated. I'm sorry I did not remember. If I had remembered, I would have tried to see her. Is she living?

Things in my "line" are beginning to pick up, I have an inquiry from a Mrs Walker Kimball - of San Marino who is building a place at 1133 Arden Drive, and she wants a large fountain figure for her gardens - So it is just possible you may see me out there some time next winter. Also, there is talk of another piece of mine for Central Park
