Room 210 - Closet for Eames' Room

I anticipate no major changes here. The shelves on the north wall will be useful for books and toys and the hanging on the south wall for his clothes. I assume that the same doors will be used and I assume that there already is lighting in the room and I also assume that the floor is in good shape.

Room 211 - Bathroom for Eames' Room and Guest Room

My recollection is that this room is in good shape except for the unfortunate color of the tile walls. I do not recall whether the medicine cabinet is good enough or whether it must be replaced. We anticipate not to make this bathroom accessible from the hall but only from the two rooms it serves, but we prefer to keep the door so that at a later time this access can be reinstated.

Space 212

By placing a door between Space 212 and the main hall, we can achieve a fairly large storage closet out of this space. The door now between Space 212 and the space under the stairway to the attic should be removed so that we get more space. We picture suitcase storage generally on the floor and some off-season hanging above. I do not recall how the lighting is, but it should be made to work if it does not already work.
