Insurance: This list must be presented at least two weeks prior to the arrival of work in Loeb Student Center unless other arrangements are made and verified. Transportation: All transportation costs are assumed by the exhibitor. Storage: No storage facilities are available for excess work at Loeb Student Center. Proper amount should be shipped. Hanging: Artists and gallery directors may assist the Loeb Student Center in displaying work, but the final decision as to layout of art work rests with the professional staff. Catalog: Loeb Student Center will prepare a mimeographed catalog if lists are submitted two weeks in advance. Special catalogs can be arranged for those groups wanting printed catalogs at additional cost. No prices may be listed in any catalog and no solicitation is permitted in the building.
