GENERAL CONDITIONS GOVERNING LOANS:
Under the terms of the agreement, the Museum of Fine Arts will exercise the same precautions for the care and safety of these objects as it exercises with respect to its own property of the same or similar nature.
The Museum of Fine Arts' insurance policy covers against all risks of physical loss or damage from any external cause, with the usual exclusions of loss or damage due to suc causes as war, invasion, hostilities, rebellion, insurrection, confiscation by order of any Government or public authority, risks of contraband or illegal transportation and/or trade.
If the lender elections to maintain his own insurance, the Museum of Fine Arts can accept no responsibility for any error or deficiency in information furnished to the lender's insurers or for lapses in coverage.

The conditions of this loan as stated above are accepted.
