The combination of forms. Choose those who read and spell answers. but merely counting [[strikethrough]] to [[/strikethrough]] the merits of a subject of great [[?]] to a sufficent [[sufficient]] extent to form a branch of [[?]] education, in [[strikethrough]] or a highly intensity subject, to [[/strikethrough]] to the general student he shall dismiss the subject. [[?]] that the young readers who have followed me through these pages will not find himself, as intersted [[interested]] or informed on the objects of nature as presented to his eye. Form is the basis of all art a deep knowledge of form is essential to all branches of art.  every other quality may be removed wthout [[without]] destroyin the object. form. never. touch that roughly and the beauty is gone, Color. light and shadow do but continue or express the sentiment, purity and knowled of the beauty form, is essential to the well being of our manufacturers, and nothing but the introduction of the art of Design making it a part of a general education the 1 aim? as music will ever accomplish it,  Schools of Design must be established in all our cities an yoth must imbibe under competent professors the knowledge of form. and my word for it when that is done we shall soon feel the most beneficial national result for the disemination of knowledge to all manufacturers - every one who has instructed in art becomes convinced of their being a teachable and an unteachable part of art.  That what depends on the organization of the eye or mind he can supply. He may teach to draw but he can never teach invention- give susceptibility for color.
