LEO CASTELLI

John Jacobus from Indiana U. who wanted to buy the first small landscape, is definately buying the 2nd. But Ivan only set a tentative price of $800.00. Is this all right with you? He will pay a token now andthe balance in the Fall. He also agrees to ship the painting back for the show. Let me know.

Robert Mayer has reserved one of the plexiglas landscapes. The insurance problem on the RR. is slowly but surely going ahead.

The plants are being soigneusement soigné. There has not been much sun these last few days but we are nurturing them to our bosom. They really look beautiful in the windows we should get some for always.

No news whatsoever on the Dante books. We have many reserves, but no books.

All is well here and we are not too panicked about the bank balance. We are pulling in our belts and waiting. I don't want to appraoch Mr. Ganz until the last minute. Nothing yet from Old Power. But Sandy will let me know as soon as she gets the check. Just keep telling us of any important checks you use so that we can have a going balance.

Nothing else to tell you right now. Give my love to Toiny and a big kiss to J.C.

Much Love, Nina
