Dear LC:
Forgive me for having o'rshot the 31st. I delayed with the hope of telling you more of what happened than what might. So first what did resolve.

Deposits: $350 from Mr. and Mrs. Leonard Brown (on acct.) (RR)
$100 from Marcia Sklower (Daphnis)

The sailing date for the 'Di Tella' shipment was moved up to 7 August so that all Nina's preparations were scrambled. Everyone proved flexible though and this morning Hudson completed their pickups (one exception - your Flag which Santini will crate as soon as released by customs).
Final roster: Bontecou - 3 works from studio
Johns - 'Flag' 'Fool's House' 'Arrive Depart'
RR - Trophy for Duchamp' 'Tideline' 'Quote'

Things imminent:
Stella group to Dayton Art Institute is waiting on Budworth.
RR's 'Allegory' still not released from Gulbenkian group although expected monentarily.
RR 'Dante' books still have not been delivered (their call told me to expect delivery anytime after a week ago.)
No check from K-C Art Fund that I know of - trying to reach Futterman.

Call of the Wild:
Ned Billig respectfully asks whatever possible against a bill for $247.51 ( the collect packing charges were refused in Venice and Keating has thrown it back on him so he is in trouble)
Wittenborn is again requesting 100 copies ofSteinberg book. Nina vaguely indicated your displeasure at this but their plea is strongly worded - Should I respond or play dead?
