Mrs. Ileana Sonnabend
39 Quai des Grands Augustins
Paris VIe, France

Dear Ileana:

I am writing this letter partly by way of an introduction, although we have been introduced before. I am very thrilled to be here working at the gallery and with Leo. It is a bit more hectic than my previous job at the Metropolitan, Museum; but I find this atmosphere much more stimulating. And I hope that, in my capacity here, I will be able to be of help to you.

In regard to the last shipment of Roy's, dated May 14th, there is an error in Item 193 - "Cloud and Sea", enamel on steel. On the sheet marked Insurance Value, it should read $1500 rather than $2500.

We recently sent you three works by Air Express. Since you won't receive an Insurance Value form for these, I am writing them to you now:

UNTITLED 1965
(326) plastic/magna/board
14" x 21" $350
UNTITLED 1965
(327) plastic/magna/board
18" x 23" $400
UNTITLED 1965
(329) plastic/magna/board
28" x 21" $500

I think that just about covers everything for now.

Best regards,

Kay Bearman
