I had a phone call from Mr. Avelin about two paintings he bought while he was in New York at your gallery. 

Please give me precise instructions about the price of the paintings and about where they will be sent. And what is to be my commission? I think that Mr. Avelin is trying to haggle.

The flowers you sent me were very beautiful and the opening was a big success.
