Dear Ben:

After some calling around we have located the drums of lime putty which were delivered several weeks ago to the Social Security Building and as there were no instructions about the putty they did not know to whom they belonged. Fortunately Mr. Brandt assumed that they were intended for you and has stored them for you.

There was no mention of any charges so I would suggest that you take that up with the Long Island Railroad if they have not already billed you. I am returning the bill of lading enclosed.

Ed Rowan is checking on the cartoon.

Sincerely yours,
