NOTE: Ms. Pollard and Mr. Mills will meet Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence at the airport and escort them to the hotel. Limousine will leave Rockefeller Hall for the airport at 5:00 p.m.

11:45 a.m. Limousine will pick up from hotel.

Noon Luncheon honoring Mr. Lawrence sponsored by the Art Department, Spelman College, President's Dining Room

NOTE: Mr. Lev Mills, Acting Chairperson, Department of Art, will escort Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence to the luncheon.

6:45 p.m Limousine will pick up party and bring to Reynolds Cottage for the pre-Commencement Dinner scheduled for 7:00 p.m. 

NOTE: Mr. Lev Mills will escort party to Reynolds Cottage and the limousine will return to Reynolds Cottage at 9:00 p.m. to take party back to the hotel.

Sunday, May 17, 1987

8:50 a.m. Limousine will pick up party and bring to the Atlanta Civic Center for the Commencement Program.

NOTE: Mr. Lev Mills will escort party to the Civic Center.

Noon Limousine will return to take party back to the hotel and/or to Reynolds Cottage for the informal luncheon.
