Dear Jake:

Enclosed is your statement for the last quarter of 1967.

I think that it is all-inclusive except for the commission due the gallery on the TIME cover, which we never really discussed. I feel we should sit down and make an agreement that all work obtained by yourself, such as the Benrus commission which did not go through the gallery, is entirely yours; but the TIME Magazine cover was actually obtained through the gallery with a great deal of correspondence, messenger service, and effort on our part.
[] This statement is INCORRECT []

I will leave this one up to you, as we have in the past taken 10 per cent of all such commissions obtained in this way rather the usual 33-1/3 per cent.

It is my joy that your show is doing so well. Your next quarterly statement will cover all sales from the show paid to that date.

Again, thanks for everything.

Love,

Terry
