Dear Jake;

Just got your letter and since I was not here in July I did not see the deposit. The letter for Mr. Hopkins was dictated by me from the Vinyard and Luise added the sentence about the money. I guess it came after I spoke to her. I have enclosed it now. Sorry about this mix-up. Very confusing because we are now in two places. Charles called today to deliver the message that he had gotten your check. Thanks. The books are going to Stuart for their yearly audit. Our fiscal year ends Aug. 31st. I tried to reach you on the phone but you were away for a few days. Wanted to wish you a great trip and lots of good times. I know you'll enjoy it and it is so good that it all worked out so well. My very best to Gwen and again lots of love to you both.

Fondly,
Terry
